What kind of website this is

This website at https://laposadelmulo.it is an informational static site built with Next.js (React framework) and hosted on Vercel (hosting and CDN).

We do not use traffic analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising pixels, embedded social widgets, embedded maps, or fonts loaded from external servers. Images are served from our domain via Next.js image optimization; typography uses the device’s system fonts.

Data we collect on the website

When you browse the site we do not ask you to register and there is no online contact form. We do not set profiling or marketing cookies.

Our hosting provider (Vercel Inc.) may process technical data required to deliver the site, such as IP address, date and time of the request, requested URL, browser type, and operating system, in server logs. This is used for security, diagnostics, and service operation.

Cookies

The site currently does not use analytics or marketing cookies. Only cookies or technologies strictly necessary for hosting operation and security (e.g. load balancing, abuse protection) may be set.

For this reason there is no cookie consent banner. If tools requiring consent are added in the future, this policy and any banner will be updated.

Phone and WhatsApp contact

If you contact us by phone or via the WhatsApp link on the site, we process the data you voluntarily provide (name, phone number, message content, reservation preferences) to handle your request.

Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, where applicable, legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you open WhatsApp or other external links, the privacy policies of those providers apply (Meta Platforms for WhatsApp/Instagram, Google for Maps, TripAdvisor).

External links

The site contains links to third-party services that open in a new tab or the device app. We do not embed third-party content within the site itself.

We do not control how those services process data. Please read their privacy policies before use.

Structured data (SEO)

Pages include JSON-LD markup (schema.org) with public information about the restaurant (name, address, phone, images). This does not involve collecting visitors’ personal data.

Retention

Technical hosting logs are kept for as long as needed for security and maintenance, according to Vercel’s retention periods.

Communication data (phone, WhatsApp) is kept as long as needed to manage reservations and guest relations, and in any case within legal limits.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability (where applicable), and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
